From April to September, the Museum will be open exclusively to members from 9 am to 10:00 am on the second Saturday of every month. Our interpreters will deliver exclusive programs for Members, with new topics each month.
On Saturday, August 14th, our Members Only Morning will put the spotlight on our new summer exhibit: Connected by Copper: From Cells to Cell Phones. Our staff will activate this temporary exhibit in our Machine Shop at 9:00 am, and will share staff secrets about the display’s creation and the ways that copper has shaped our lives. Next, there will be a 9.30 showing of BOOM!

Always leave a place better than you found it. In our Live in the Lab session, The Chemistry of Cleanup, you will examine and replicate the process of the EPCOR water treatment plant. Leaving with an understanding of the importance of having a cleanup plan in place before mining begins.
