On Site Pop Ups: Toolbox Sessions

Toolbox Sessions

Educational Programs at Britannia Mine MuseumToolbox Sessions are Britannia Mine Museum’s new pop-up summer activities. Throughout July and August, we'll be spontaneously hosting mini-activities at random times throughout the day.

Dig for precious deposits in "baked rocks"; get hands-on with the Museum's favourite minerals; carve mini soapstone sculptures; experiment with water; build mines and gardens, and much more! These activities aim to be both fun and education for all ages.

When on site, look for a rolling toolbox, something fun is likely to pop-up out of it!

Date:  Throughout July and August
Time:  12PM to 2PM
Where:  Keep an eye out for the Toolbox on site!
