Explore the stunning world of Howe Sound's deepest waters with our new temporary exhibit, Howe Sound: Beauty Below.
Located in our Machine Shop, this photo exhibit focuses on the recovery of Howe Sound and features the underwater photography of two local scuba divers
- Eli Wolpin and Adam Taylor.
Wolpin is a Vancouver-based architect and technical diver who often dives in the Howe Sound waters especially near Whytecliff Park in West Vancouver, and Adam Taylor is a fourth generation resident of Bowen Island and a marine conservationist as an active member of the Marine Life Sanctuary Society. Both of them are active in the marine conservation community and are focused on protecting the Howe Sound marine environment.
Howe Sound: Beauty Below launches May 26th at our annual Family Fun Day event.
Please note: July 7th we are hosting students attending the Provincial Heritage Fair finals. Access to the Howe Sound: Beauty Below photos will be limited on this date.
