Britannia Mine Museum is a key visitor attraction in the Sea to Sky Corridor and we pride ourselves on giving our 75,000+ annual visitors a rewarding, enjoyable, and entertaining experience. Britannia Mine Museum underwent a major redevelopment in 2010 and we have continued to grow and innovate ever since, with several recent and upcoming additions. In 2019 we launched our new sound and special-effects show “BOOM!” -- an immersive live-action visitor experience.

Maintenance Technician (Regular Full-Time)
Do you have trades experience and an interest in historic buildings? Our Maintenance Technicians are part of the team responsible for keeping our National Historic Site and buildings maintained, safe, clean, and open for business. This is a unique role tasked with taking on building projects, working with other sub-trades, prepping the site for events and film shoots, as well as day-to-day site maintenance. Our fascinating site including the underground tunnel, train, the Mill building, and other original buildings from our operation as a mine. Position includes benefits after 3 months.
