Britannia Mine Museum underwent a major redevelopment in 2010 and we have continued to grow and innovate ever since, with several recent and upcoming additions. In 2019 we launched our new sound and special-effects show “BOOM!” -- an immersive live-action visitor experience.

Accounting & Admin Coordinator:
This key position supports our Manager of Finance and is responsible for Payroll, AP, AR, Bookkeeping, and other office admin duties as required. A full job description will be posted shortly. This position is 4-5 days/week, 32-40 hours dependent on the candidate. The wage is $24-$28 (dependent on experience and skills) and includes a competitive benefits package. Qualifications include a minimum of 3+ years directly related experience. Post secondary education in a related field in an asset. Knowledge of Sage accounting software is also an asset. Reservation & Admissions Associate (Temp):
Friday, Saturday and Sunday until September 7th, possibly longer if needed.
This position will support our Sales and Guest Services teams by responding to phone reservations during our peak periods, as well as assisting Admissions staff in booking our visitors in as they arrive, and taking walk-in reservations. Excellent phone manner and customer service experience is required. If the candidate is interested in more hours they can also provide admissions and retail support an addition 1-2 days/week. Wage TBD dependent on experience and skills.
