Britannia Mine Museum is a key visitor attraction in the Sea to Sky Corridor and we pride ourselves on giving our 75,000+ annual visitors a rewarding, enjoyable, and entertaining experience. We are a non-profit, driven by a small and passionate team. We have a unique historic site, and are enthusiastic about telling Britannia's story to the world.
Britannia Mine Museum underwent a major redevelopment in 2010 and we have continued to grow and innovate ever since, with several recent and upcoming additions. In 2019 we launched our new sound and special-effects show “BOOM!” -- an immersive live-action visitor experience.

This position is at the heart of the Museum, and key to ensuring our visitors have a memorable, engaging, and educational visit through outstanding storytelling and customer service.
