Testimonials

See what our guests have to say about their experience.

It's must visit... My family is typically not much into museum's and were skeptical regarding ticket price whether it's worth it or not. Some how we made up our minds and visited on Canada Day...

It's actually a real mine .. can say you would feel like you actually working in mine and feel the place in very minute detail how things were that time and how mining community thrive. If you are in Vancouver should visit this place atleast once !!!

Just go..... You won't be disappointed.

Excellent activity for the whole family. Walked away with a whole new appreciation for what miners did to provide us precious minerals. Guided tour was led by enthusiastic staff - very informative even for your kids.

Came for the X-files location, left with a bunch of knowledge and huge appreciation of the Britannia mining community. Truly can't rate this place highly enough- both the guided copper mine train experience and the 'boom' mill cinematic experience were genuinely world class and incredibly well designed on what I imagine is a much tighter budget than a lot of well known attractions. We are a couple with an older teen daughter, who also loved it- especially panning for gold:)

Outstanding exhibit with real live display of working mine machinery , underground train ride and the superb Boom show showcasing the Mills operation make this a unique museum experience that makes the Britannia mine come alive. Well done to our tour guide for a superb job. Visitors from New Zealand.

This place is pretty cool. The tour is super informative, but also really fun! We were engaged from start to finish. And the BOOM show...pretty rad. Great job, will come again, this time with the kids.

What a great experience.
The interpreter/tour guide for the underground tour was amazing. He was so enthusiastic and informative about the mines. We spent a good 2.5 hours here and were entertained the whole time. Worth the drive from Vancouver.
